Delpire & Co. announces a series of talks on photobooks with Edgar Martins, Gloria Oyarzabal, Soumya Sankarbose, June Canedo & Sarah Meister, photography curator at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA, New York), in the context of the Aperture & Paris Photo Photobook Awards.  These conversations are free and will be held in English and will take place on on  5 & 6 Dec 2020 @ 5pm CET.

Arte em São Bento 2020 featuring works of the Coleção Fernando Figueiredo (from the series Siloquies and Soliloquies on Death, Life & Other Interludes) will be on show at Palacete de São Bento (Residency of the Portuguese Prime-Minister). This exhibition is curated by João Silvério & Ana Anacleto, Lisbon. This exhibition will run from 05 – 11 Oct 2020.

Works from the series The Strange Case of Achilles and the Tortoise are among the winners of the Hangar Prize 05 and will be exhibited  at the PhotoBrussels Festival: The World Within, at theHangar Centre, Brussels, Belgium, from 21 Jan – 27 Mar 2021.

Edgar Martins’ contributes one artwork to Odette England’s Keeper of the Earth project  @ Houston Centre for Photography, USA.

What Photography & Incarceration have in Common with an Empty Vase has been selected as one the  best international photobooks of the year and will take part in the exhibition Best Photography Book Award PHotoESPAÑA2020 at La Fábrica Gallery, Madrid.

Ron’s Hand is made from Guilt has been selected as a finalist in the 2020 Meitar Award for Excellence in Photography. This work will be on show at the 8th International Photography Festival, Tel-Aviv, Israel.

CIVILIZATION: The Way we Live now, an exhibiting curated by William Ewing featuring works from the series The Time Machine and 00:00.00 opens at Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tãmaki, Auckland, New Zeland. This exhibition will run from 04 Apr to 04 Jul 2020.
